Passivhaus & high-performance homes · Denmark, WA

Homes that hold their warmth and stay healthy to live in.

We build certified Passivhaus and high-performance homes across the Great Southern. Only a few each year, and we take our time over them.

What we build

New homes, built to perform from the ground up.

We focus on new, ground-up builds in the Great Southern. Get the fundamentals right and you end up with a home that costs less to run and feels better to live in.

Certified Passivhaus

The international standard for comfort and efficiency, verified by an independent certifier.

High-performance homes

The same building science and detailing, without the formal certification process behind it.

Great Southern & beyond

Based in Denmark, building for people who want the job done properly the first time.

The difference

It all comes back to building science.

A few fundamentals work together so the finished home performs the way it was designed to. We measure it rather than take it on trust.

Certification

The whole certification, led in-house.

We run the whole Passivhaus certification process for you, from the PHPP modelling through to the paperwork. The final sign-off stays with an accredited, independent certifier, so you get one team to deal with and a certificate that stands up.

How we work

A few homes a year, done properly.

We take on only three or four builds a year, book six to twelve months ahead, and work alongside your architect or designer.
